Bilbao, Museo Guggenheim

Today I met Judith at the Guggenheim. She is already at full speed there and it was so great to meet her again here! This is a memory of the moment!



Then I entered to visit only the exhibition by Can Guo-Qiang, one of the most interesting artist I have seem in a looooong time. If I can I will go back tomorrow ot see it again. The artist works with explosive powder, creating phenomenal compositions of figures, with a master series called "extraterrestrial". You may well remember his work at teh opening ceremony of the Beijing Olympic Games, a real orgy of light and fire with its choreography of fireworks. He also stamps and burns canvas or books, with creating magnificent works.
