Today I will be learning Thai cooking most of the day. Up to six dishes I have to prepare.

Ya he vuelto. la escuela, Baan Thai organiza cursos estupendos. no sólo hemos aprendido muchisimo, sino que también ha sido divertido. Lo hemos pasado realmente bien. Nos llevamos además el libro-recetario como "chuleta" para reproducir lo aprendido hoy. Aqui pongo algunas fotos:
Back from the course, we had a great time: not only we learned a lot of recipes and practised them ourselves but also the atmosphere was great. We took home a recipe-booklet to reproduce what we learned today. Here are some pics
